MIT offers 1,800 classes online for FREE.

MIT offers the course materials (lecture notes, audio lectures, problem sets, exams, assignments, study materials, etc. - you basically download the course) for roughly 1,800 classes FREE online! This is an awesome way to teach yourself a subject you never got to take or already love and want to learn more about. They offer EVERYTHING from Anthropology to Physics to Music Theory to Engineering. The list goes on. This is so cool. I’m totally going to hit up all the Literature and Psychology classes.

You’re right. For those of us who’d like to indulge ourselves in studies we didn’t normally focus on, this is amazing.
