i'm kerri. i live in toronto, ontario. that's canada. i work in marketing, love hugs, carbs, and cobalt blue. i devour pretzels, make sexy foam lattes, and Love typography with a capital L. i'm never satisfied, so that explains my spur of the moment plans to travel, see new things and visit old friends. i need a teleporter. i also need to clean out my closet, so come take a peek.

i secretly wish i were scandinavian. i also want to speak more than one language - i'm going to work on that. bonjour!

It is, absolutely inappropriate to tell a thin person “you could stand to gain a few pounds”.

You would never say that to someone in the reverse position. Unless I am dressed inappropriately (for, say, my job), please do not comment to me. Unless its a compliment. Those are always welcomed.

i think the most offensive to me is when my more well-endowed or curvy friends remark to me on how i have “no boobs” and a negligible behind.

seriously?

like lovepuppy said, i would never say the reverse back to them. could you imagine me poking fun at their “sagging breasts” or “potentially-cellulite filled ass”? that is so offensive.

…just as offensive as accusing me of not having curves.

I have curves like whoa and I  love them. Sure i could stand to be thinner and wear a dress size in the single digits, but i love me and my size 12’s. The only time i’d ever comment on someone being too skinny, or too tiny is if your leg is no thicker than my wrist - and that probably means you need help. and if i’m huffing and puffing and eating the wrong crap and way bigger than I could be, i’d hope someone would say something - cause i’d probably need help too.

i adore the 50’s and the marilyn curves  - sooo happy one piece retro bathing suits are back!
